This statement is published in line with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("the Act") and outlines the steps Vinciamo Sports has taken, and will continue to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not part of our business operations or supply chains.
Vinciamo Sports is a global sports marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, with additional offices in Madrid. Our agency specialises in sponsorship strategy development, brand management and activation services, primarily within the Middle East and European sports markets.
Vinciamo relies on a network of trusted suppliers to deliver products and services essential to our operations, including digital tools, event support and logistical services. While our supply chain is diverse and generally low-risk, we recognise our responsibility to remain vigilant and uphold the highest ethical standards.
At Vinciamo, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency and respect for all individuals. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards slavery, forced labour and human trafficking, and we actively promote these principles within our operations and partnerships. Our policies outline the standards expected of Vinciamo employees, contractors and suppliers, emphasising compliance with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
As part of our commitment to safeguarding human rights, Vinciamo integrates due diligence into our procurement processes, especially when engaging suppliers in regions where there is a higher risk of modern slavery practices. We incorporate contractual obligations in our agreements, requiring suppliers to adhere to ethical practices and relevant legal standards. We also conduct regular reviews of our suppliers to identify any risk factors related to forced labour, human trafficking or other forms of exploitation.
